Project Summary

Objectives
Within the scope of the project, we aim to promote healthy living and sustainable tourism by introducing forest bathing practices.
Digital training modules will be developed for participants, and experts will be trained through trainer training.
In addition, international collaborations will be established to ensure knowledge sharing and educational materials will be presented on digital platforms.
In this way, the project will create a broad impact by increasing sustainability.Implementation
Within the scope of the project, forest bathing training will be organized, digital training modules will be developed and trainer training will be carried out.
In addition, project outputs will be disseminated on digital platforms by establishing international collaborations. Finally, evaluation and dissemination activities will be carried out.
In addition, women and the elderly in the disadvantaged group will be given forest bathing training and their implementation will be carried out.Results
Our project will develop forest bathing training modules and teach participants the health benefits of this practice.
In addition, expert individuals will be trained through trainer training activities, ensuring that training reaches a wider audience.
The project will raise awareness about health, sustainability and environmental awareness. International collaborations will encourage cross-cultural knowledge sharing.
